Return Policy

1. Eligibility

Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they remain unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories and documentation. Products that show signs of wear, physical damage, or missing components are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Software licenses, consumables, and products marked as clearance or "final sale" cannot be returned. We also cannot accept returns for items that were customized or ordered on special request unless they are faulty on arrival.

3. Process

To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number, product details, and a brief description of the issue. Once approved, you will receive instructions for dropping off or shipping the item back to us. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Refunds

After inspecting the returned product, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different model or variation, please mention it when contacting support. Exchanges are subject to stock availability, and any price difference must be settled before the new item ships.
